About Me

Our journey together is about finding balance, longevity, and peace on and off the mat. Embrace stillness and serenity in one of my classes.

Having found Yoga during the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, my practice began like many others through YouTube lessons with my partner to keep active whilst being limited to the confines of our home. Having felt the benefits of a regular practice, I began to delve deeper into the history, mindfulness and physical elements which make up the many types of Yoga. Not only did my body feel the benefits quickly in increasing flexibility and strength, but my mental health also improved substantially from the meditative elements and breathing practices.

After four years of practicing Yoga, I decided to fully commit to undertaking a Teacher Training 200Hr certification which was quickly followed by a 50Hr Yin Yoga training. The knowledge I gained in successfully completing these, encouraged me to spread the benefits through teaching to others of all abilities. I have also since qualified in Counselling Skills and Breathwork through the science/medically based training provider Oxygen Advantage to allow me to expand my knowledge more across this incredibly powerful field.

Alongside my the certifications above, I have also trained in undertaking Sound Bath Meditations using singing bowls through RJ Noble, a well known teacher who has travelled the world undertaking workshops and has helped share his knowledge to me through his many years experience.
